Golden West offers two series of homes: Country Manor (CM) and Golden Estate (GE). The Golden Estate is Golden West’s base model home series which is priced very attractively offering an excellent combination of quality and value. The Country Manor is Golden West’s premium line of homes which are garage ready and come standard with a glamour bath, rounded interior corners, 6” walls, 8.5” sidewalls, additional insulation, and upgraded carpet and cabinets.
